Martial arts are a way to play, and there are precious few chances in adult life to play. Our approach is also a practice for self-mastery. We teach you new skills—how to do a squat or throw a proper punch—and through this you build a new relationship with your body.
Our curriculum integrates karate, kickboxing, and functional strength-training with modern research and mythology to create a holistic program for personal growth. In this dojo we train body, mind, and heart together.
You’ll cultivate self-compassion and courage by starting where you are and working through progressive challenges with your training partners. You’ll fall down, and you’ll rise stronger. As you move from day one to the end of your three-month commitment, you’ll see and feel in your body that you’re capable of change—and that it was fun.
