What does it mean to be a man? How do I want to show up in my relationships and in my community? How can I best support the people I care about? These are questions we all must answer for ourselves.
This workshop mixes instruction, group discussion, and embodied skill-building practices and is intended for all-levels, especially those who are new to this work. We got you.
We’re all in this together. Each participant is invited to be seen, heard, and acknowledged. We’re here to witness and support, not “fix” one another. Share and participate to your level of comfort. This work is grounded in recognizing and honoring our own needs and boundaries. By owning our stories and privileges, by taking care of ourselves, we find the strength to heal and to help create safer communities.
